Replies have been received from: Enable Shaw Trust Comic Relief Wolfson Foundation Age Concern Shetland Charitable Trust Esmee Fairbairn 493 other Top 500 Charities did not even have the courtesy to reply. 24-Apr-04 - Tony Levine - The Guardian - If they can't stop Financial OUTRAGE in its relentless pursuit of exposing the Financial Services Frauds of Mass Deception, by totally ignoring you, then they simply have no alternative other than to rubbish you & not even mention the Free Mortgage Matrix Notice Board Poster showing Massive Overcharging by stealth on Mortgage Interest of up to 311.2% - quantified as £101,798 "ADDITIONAL INTEREST" on an average 25 Year £100,000 Mortgage. 26-Apr-04 - Letter & Fax to Tony Levine & Alan Rusbridge - Editor - URGENT PRINTED CORRECTION REQUIRED - "I was disgusted to read your answer to AR London on Sat 24 April, 2003. It was almost totally incorrect, not precise or factual, completely misleading, & consequently damaging. I demand that you set the record straight by verifying and printing the following next Saturday etc...........If you as an supposed investigative newspaper had done your job correctly, in the interests of the British people, there would simply be no need for a Financial OUTRAGE financial information Charity." On the Guardian's web site home page it clearly states 'Best daily newspaper on the world wide web' However there is no supporting documentation whatsoever to back that outlandish claim either. In the light of Tony Levine's unsubstantiated untruths & misrepresentation of facts and the lack of any courteous response from Alan Rusbridge Editor, to the complaint requiring an Urgent Printed Correction Required, can we really believe that to be true? Whereas the bulk of the facts noted on the Financial OUTRAGE web sites are simply mathematical formulae with totals, and are therefore not subject to opinion or interpretation and are simply irrevocable mathematical fact, and the rest being substantiated by supporting documentation. By going a stage further with standard mathematical calculations - if the Guardian employs around 1000 people, the mathematical odds against any 2 Guardian employees sitting down together to check the sites, and both being totally illiterate (unable to read supporting documents) & at the same time both being unable to add up (check mathematical calculations) is an unbelievable 999,000 to 1 - calculated as follows: 1,000 X 999)/(1 X 2) = 499,500 X 2 = 999,000. Therefore, if as the Guardian states that they are indeed the Best daily newspaper on the world wide web, a reasonable and honest person would automatically assume, given the evidence, that a retraction would be printed. Either Financial OUTRAGE were so outrageously & unbelievably unlucky to be that one in 999,000, or as the odds support, is there a deliberate hidden Agenda to try and stop the British Public finding out about the MORTGAGE MATRIX.....and the rest....on our Financial Information Site. You can surely trust the Guardian to print the truth, can't you, can't you, well.....if all Guardian staff are of the same calibre the formulae calculates that you can ONCE out of 999,000 TIMES that is. The Guardian of what? - truth, honesty, decency - I don't think so - OR - corruption, cover-ups, blatant untruths - well..... 27-Apr-04 - Letter from the Charity Commission - great I knew requesting an Application Pack and sending 2 letters to them and to the Top 500 Charities on 25-Feb-04 was the best way forward - Covering letter to the Top 500 Charities & Normal Letter to the Top 500 Charities despite the limited response so far from only 7 of the Top 500 Charities, a letter from the Charities Commission themselves, YES, theysay they've checked the contents of our web site - YES, this surely must be the big breakthrough, YES, they're bound to assist, aren't they, aren't they, aren't they! YES, they surely must care, don't they, don't they! Well....it would appear, without reasonable explanation, that they don't want the Full Page MORTGAGE MATRIX to appear in every newspaper either. Answered 06-May-04 - Letter to the Charity Commission - key extracts of which are as follows:- I repeat, I am utterly convinced that the only sure way that we can eliminate the British Public from continuing to be victims of the deliberate Management Driven Frauds, Rip Offs and Scams of the Financial Services Industry is to publish the Mortgage Matrix in every national and evening newspaper once a month summarising the massive overcharging on Mortgage Interest and simply noting the web site address so that they will become aware of the Fraudulent Selling Of Interest Only Endowment Funded Mortgages and the 50% Endowment Shortfall Timebomb Secret, and the rest. Financial OUTRAGE will achieve this aim. There are millions of good honest normal people who if they knew about this would help. They will know and they will help. As you have demanded a full reply from me by 11-May-04 which I have quite obviously done, I now respectfully demand a full reply from you as to why you and the Top 500 Charities will not assist, and why you ignore mathematical fact. I demand a full & complete reply by Friday 14- May-04. Simply ignoring the FMD - Fraud of Mass Deception - will not be accepted by me and nor will it be accepted by the British People. 29-Apr-04 - Letter to the Financial Services Authority, Banking Code Standards Board and the Mortgage Code Compliance Board - titled - As Supposed Regulators why does the Financial Services Authority, the Mortgage Code Compliance Board & the Banking Code Standards Board NOT Expose the Biggest Frauds, Rip Offs and Scams ever Perpetrated on the British People totalling some £2.3 Trillion Pounds? - A copy of the MUST NOT BE FAXED OR COPIED TO CUSTOMERS False Exchange Rate Sheet was attached along with a hard copy of the Free MORTGAGE MATRIX POSTER - Save up to £101,798 in Interest Charges. 12-May-04 - pp reply dated 10-May-04 received from Financial Services Authority - "We regret that due to the very large numbers of enquiries we receive, we cannot respond to all queries individually. However, we have enclosed some leaflets, which we hope you will find helpful." How bent can it all get? Massive frauds and no-one at the FSA is interested yet again!
